ok, my girl friend%26#039;s birthday party is on july 8th (her real birthday is june 26).... we have known eachother for over a year, but we have only been officially dating for about a week.....





its her 15th birthday, and that is special in the latin culture!! i cant make it because im going out of town the day before the party!!!! i feel like a jerk!!! not being there for her special day is horrible on my part, but there is no way i can make it!!





i want to make it up, but how?? im thinking about sending her flowers to were her party will be... thats about all i have come up with soo far... what about the present?? what whould be appropriate?? its should be a pretty nice gift, since its like both a %26quot;sorry i didnt make it%26quot; and %26quot;happy birthday%26quot; gift....





ps. she is in mexico on the 26, so i cant do anything with her on her real birthday either!!

You can have a collage made or by a plain shirt and paint something on it with fabric colors and give it t her. You can paint her initials or name or her zodiac sign... I think nothing can be spcial than that for a girl and also dont buy a card, MAKE a card...

Reply:First of all, don%26#039;t feel bad for missing her party. Stuff comes up sometimes. Make her feel special in other ways. You don%26#039;t have to pay an arm and a leg to say sorry. I understand you want best for her and that you just started dateing but man your so young. Why not make her a nice picnic and then cuddle at the park watching the sunset. You could give her a gift there as well, but it dosent have to be expensive. I hope shes not materialistic. Good luck your a man with a good heart.
