Do guys like getting flowers?

I have been seeing this guy for 5 months now and tomorrow is his birthday. I am trying to think of something sweet to do for him. I have bought him something already but I was thinking about sending him flowers.. But, do guys actually like getting flowers?? And if so what kind??? Or does anyone else have any other suggestions I can do for him while I am at work and he is home, he has the day off tomorrow. Thought it would be nice to have him open the door and see flowers or is that something only a girl would wanna see??? Please help

Reply:My husband is 100% man and he enjoys getting a (1) red rose from me on special occasions. He still has the first one I ever sent him when we were dating. But I think it depends on his maturity, a younger guy might think it%26#039;s a girls only thing. He isn%26#039;t the only man I%26#039;ve sent flowers to, when I was dating a couple different guys I had done the same thing to them and they liked it, but like I said they weren%26#039;t young kids, they were in their late 20%26#039;s and 30%26#039;s. If you really don%26#039;t think he%26#039;ll like it don%26#039;t do it, but you%26#039;ll never know till you try.

He appreciates it - which amazes me because he%26#039;s one of those %26quot;manly%26quot; men - real macho and bold. You would never think that he would even stop to smell a rose. I think it%26#039;s a nice gesture for you to send him flowers - if he takes it the wrong way - he%26#039;s either homophobic or sensitive. Reply:Most guys would never want to get flowers from a girl. Better to call him up and tell him to meet you somewhere for lunch. Or, If you have access to a radio or a CD player, put on a love song and call him. When he answers, put the phone up to the speakers and then hang up after the song is over.

Reply:As a guy, I would say the only feeling a guy could get from receiving flowers is a huge ego boost.. especially if he receives it in front of his colleagues or friends. Stick to the regular gifts.
